Job Description

Operations & Maintenance: Supervise daily, high-precision tool room activities (milling, turning, EDM, CNC). Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of tools, dies, and equipment.
Inventory & Quality Control: Manage tool stock, spares, and inventory, ensuring high-quality standards and accuracy.
Technical Leadership: Lead, train, and coach tool room staff. Interpret blueprints and manage tool design and modifications.
Production Support: Coordinate with production and engineering departments to minimize downtime and resolve technical tooling issues.
Budget & Efficiency: Maximize profitability by controlling costs, optimizing resources, and implementing continuous improvement methods (e.g., 5S, Kaizen)
