Job Description

  • Tool Maintenance & Production Support: Oversee repair, maintenance, and calibration of tools and equipment to minimize production downtime.
  • Inventory Control: Manage, track, and audit tool inventory, including ordering new tools and spare parts.
  • Staff Supervision: Train, guide, and supervise tool room staff, including tool makers and machine operators.
  • Quality Control: Ensure tools meet quality standards and specifications (e.g., drawings, GD&T).
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations (5S) and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of tool usage, repairs, and ISO documentation
