Job Description

  1. Lead and manage the complete Tool Room operations.
  2. Plan, develop, and maintain tooling, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
  3. Ensure timely availability of tools for production requirements.
  4. Monitor tool performance and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  5. Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance departments.
  6. Optimize tooling costs and improve tool life.
  7. Analyze tooling failures and implement corrective actions.
  8. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
  9. Manage Tool Room manpower, training, and performance evaluation.
  10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
  11. Maintain Tool Room inventory and procurement planning.
  12. Support new product development activities through tooling design inputs.
