Job Description

  • Design and develop press tools, jigs, fixtures, and die components using SolidWorks
  • Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, and assembly layouts
  • Modify and improve existing tool designs for better efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams for tool development and troubleshooting
  • Ensure designs meet quality standards, tolerances, and manufacturing feasibility
  • Conduct design validation and support tool try-outs
  • Maintain proper documentation of designs and revisions
