Job Description

  • Provide technical support for CPaaS-based products including SMS, Voice, and API integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to messaging, connectivity, delivery reports, and API performance
  • Handle customer queries via email, calls, and support tickets in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution and escalations
  • Monitor service performance and proactively identify potential issues
  • Assist clients with onboarding, integration, and configuration of services
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and client interactions
