Job Description

  1. Monitor daily operation of dairy processing equipment and utilities.
  2. Ensure smooth functioning of pasteurizers, homogenizers, chilling systems, and packaging machines.
  3. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
  4. Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
  5. Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to production specifications.
  6. Maintain maintenance records, logs, and technical reports.
  7. Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
  9. Assist in energy optimization and equipment efficiency improvement projects.
  10. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support.
  11. Conduct routine inspections of plant machinery and utilities.
  12. Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
