Job Description

1. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and daily sales targets in assigned territory
  • Increase milk and dairy product sales (milk, curd, ghee, etc.)
  • Ensure growth in both primary (company to distributor) and secondary (distributor to retailer) sales

2. Distributor & Retailer Management

  • Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and stockists
  • Maintain good relationships with trade partners
  • Ensure proper product availability in markets

3. Field Work / Market Visit

  • Daily market visits in assigned area
  • Monitor product visibility and competition
  • Identify new outlets and expand distribution network

4. Stock & Supply Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels at distributors and retailers
  • Coordinate with plant/logistics for timely supply
  • Ensure proper product freshness and delivery flow

5. Reporting Work

  • Maintain daily/weekly sales reports (DSR)
  • Report market feedback, competitor activities, and sales performance

6. Team Handling (for Supervisor level)

  • Guide field sales staff or promoters
  • Monitor performance of sales executives in assigned area
