Job Description

  1. Supervise production team and shift operations
  2. Ensure daily production targets are met
  3. Monitor manpower attendance and performance
  4. Ensure hygiene and GMP compliance
  5. Coordinate with QC and maintenance teams
  6. Maintain shift reports
  7. Resolve minor operational issues
  8. Ensure proper machine usage
  9. Train new workers
  10. Monitor raw material usage
  11. Prevent production delays
  12. Report to Plant Manager
