Job Description

Milk Procurement Operations

  • Coordinate milk collection from village-level milk producers.
  • Monitor daily milk procurement quantity and quality.
  • Ensure timely collection, weighing, testing, and recording of milk.
  • Maintain procurement records and reports.

Farmer Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with dairy farmers.
  • Assist farmers with milk supply procedures and quality standards.
  • Address farmer queries and resolve operational issues.

Field Supervision

  • Visit villages and milk collection centers regularly.
  • Monitor field staff and collection activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Data & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports.
  • Maintain records of milk quantities, payments, and collection center performance.
  • Report operational issues to management.

Rural Development Activities
