Job Description

  • Perform microbiological testing of dairy products such as Milk, Ghee, Butter, Paneer, and Milk Powder.
  • Conduct pathogen and quality analysis including TPC, Coliform, Yeast & Mold, and other microbiological parameters.
  • Ensure laboratory hygiene, sanitation, and compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
  • Carry out microbial analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG).
  • Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Handle and calibrate laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
  • Support internal and external audits including FSSAI, ISO, and food safety compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Production teams to maintain product quality standards.
  • Monitor environmental and water microbiological testing as per standards.
