Lead and manage the distillation process operations, including overseeing the operation of distillation columns, evaporators, and associated equipment.
Develop, implement, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance process efficiency, yield, and product quality.
Monitor key process parameters, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal plant performance.
Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in line with company policies.
Mentor and develop a team of process engineers and operators to enhance technical expertise and operational performance.
Collaborate with R&D, maintenance, and quality teams for process troubleshooting, scale-up, and product development initiatives.
Prepare and analyze process reports, performance metrics, and KPIs to present to senior management.
Manage budgets and resources efficiently, including manpower, energy consumption, and raw materials.
