Job Description

  • Handle electrical & electronics maintenance of machines and plant equipment
  • Work on PLC systems including:
    • Siemens
    • Omron
    • Delta
    • Allen Bradley
  • PLC programming, troubleshooting, and machine setting
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules as per plan
  • Attend and resolve machine breakdowns efficiently
  • Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards:
    • IATF
    • ISO 14001
    • ISO 45001
  • Coordinate with production and corporate teams for smooth operations
  • Maintain documentation and maintenance records
  • Improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime
