Job Description

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections
  • Use QC tools and measuring instruments to ensure product compliance
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects and quality issues
  • Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards and maintain audit readiness
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits
  • Maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records
  • Work closely with production and design teams to improve quality
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as IEC 61439 (preferred)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes
