Job Description

  • Supervise and manage plant operations during the assigned shift (fermentation, distillation, evaporation, etc.)
  • Ensure smooth and continuous production as per target and quality standards
  • Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions when required
  • Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
  • Maintain shift logs, production reports, and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental (HSE) norms
  • Manage and guide shift operators and technicians
  • Optimize raw material usage and minimize losses
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and statutory regulations
