Job Description

    • Operations Management: Supervise daily operations, ensuring production targets, schedules, and quality standards are met.
    • Team Leadership:
       Lead, train, and motivate staff, manage attendance, and assign tasks to workers
      .
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, company policies, and SOPs to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Address production bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, and personnel issues immediately to minimize downtime.
  • Reporting & Handover: Prepare shift logs, production reports, and ensure a smooth handover of information to the incoming shift.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control) to ensure seamless workflow
