Job Description

    • Operations Management: Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards (SOPs) are followed.
    • Team Leadership: Delegate tasks, motivate staff, and manage employee performance, training, and scheduling.
    • Problem Resolution:
       Proactively resolve operational, technical, or personnel issues that arise
      .
  • Reporting & Communication: Maintain detailed logs, prepare shift reports, and ensure smooth handover communication with incoming shifts.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Ensure a safe, clean work environment and coordinate with maintenance for machinery issues.
