Job Description

  • Operational Leadership: Manage and supervise production technicians to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Production Monitoring: Achieve production targets by monitoring machinery and adjusting processes as needed.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations (OSHA, local codes) and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily shift logs, performance reports, and document any deviations for management.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage manpower deployment and, in some contexts, oversee warehousing, maintenance, or inventory activities.
