Job Description

    • Operations Management: Supervise daily tasks, coordinate workflow, monitor production/service, and ensure adherence to schedules and targets.
  • Team Leadership: Assign duties, train/motivate staff, manage performance, resolve conflicts, and maintain discipline.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and strict safety/environmental protocols.
  • Problem Solving: Address operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and emergencies promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate shift reports, logs, and documentation.
  • Coordination: Liaise with other departments (maintenance, quality, management) for seamless operations.
