Job Description

  • Supervise daily packing operations to achieve production targets.
  • Prepare and maintain daily packing reports and MIS.
  • Ensure accurate production, dispatch, and packing records.
  • Monitor packing line efficiency and minimize wastage.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage packing manpower, shift planning, and work allocation.
  • Maintain packing material inventory and coordinate with the stores department.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Prepare reports using MS Excel and present production data to management.
