Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant
  • Handle recruitment & onboarding of plant workforce (blue & white collar)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
  • Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management
  • Drive employee engagement activities and grievance handling
  • Maintain discipline and industrial relations (IR) on the shop floor
  • Support performance management and training initiatives
  • Coordinate with management on HR policies and implementation
  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and audits
