Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end product development (PD) for garments based on buyer requirements
  • Coordinate with buyers for new developments, sampling approvals, and feedback
  • Work closely with design, sampling, and production teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per product specifications
  • Monitor and manage sampling timelines and ensure on-time delivery
  • Ensure costing, feasibility, and quality standards are maintained
  • Follow up on sample approvals, modifications, and bulk readiness
  • Maintain proper documentation and reports related to development
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
