Job Description

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and sales representatives.
  • Track orders, deliveries, invoices, and payment status.
  • Maintain customer records and sales databases.
  • Generate sales reports, MIS reports, and performance trackers.
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal departments.
  • Assist in CRM/ERP data management and updates.
