Job Description

  • Production Operations: Operate and oversee robotic welding systems, loading and unloading metal components into tack fixtures.
  • Robot Operation & Setup: Adjust, set, and program welding robots to meet production specifications.
  • Maintenance: Perform daily robot maintenance, including cleaning tips, checking for loose connections, and assisting with repairs.
  • Quality Control: Inspect welds for quality and compliance with Process Control Plans.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and correct production issues, such as faulty welds or robotic system errors.
  • Safety Adherence: Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
