Oversee production quality control and ensure consistency in chemical products.
Conduct internal audits and lead external audits from regulatory bodies and clients.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Ensure regulatory compliance with environmental, safety, and chemical handling standards.
Lead and mentor the quality team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues.
Prepare and submit quality reports and dashboards for senior management review.
