Job Description

  • Implement and maintain quality systems (ISO/TS standards)
  • Handle customer complaints and corrective actions
  • Conduct root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.
  • Lead and manage the QA team
  • Ensure adherence to inspection and testing standards
  • Monitor process quality and product compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage internal/external audits and compliance activities
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supplier teams
  • Prepare quality reports and KPI dashboards
