Job Description

    • Inspection & Testing: 
      Perform visual checks, measurements (using calipers, gauges), and functional tests on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products.
  • Standards Compliance: 
    Verify products meet company policies, industry standards (like ISO), and legal regulations, reading blueprints and specifications.
  • Documentation: 
    Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
  • Reporting: 
    Summarize inspection data, report defects, and communicate findings to supervisors and production teams.
  • Process Improvement: 
    Identify critical problems, suggest adjustments to the production process, and work with teams to improve overall quality and safety.
  • Equipment: 
    Keep measurement and inspection equipment calibrated and operational
