Job Description

  • Monitor and control quality processes in HPDC / Die Casting operations
  • Analyze and resolve casting defects such as Porosity, Cold Shut, Shrinkage, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documents:
    • PPAP
    • FMEA
    • Control Plan
    • MSA
    • SPC
  • Conduct inspections using measuring and testing instruments:
    • Profile Projector
    • Hardness Tester
    • Spectrometer
  • Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions using 8D methodology
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
  • Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
  • Coordinate with production and process teams for quality improvements
  • Maintain inspection reports and quality records
