Job Description

  • Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
  • Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
  • Perform dimensional inspection using tools like vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
  • Handle quality documentation including inspection reports, NCRs, and deviation records
  • Monitor machining and fabrication processes to identify defects and root causes
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Support ISO/quality system requirements and audits
  • Ensure proper calibration and usage of measuring instruments
  • Reduce rejection and rework through process improvements
