Job Description

  1. Ensure dairy products meet quality and food safety standards.
  2. Implement QA/QC systems and SOPs.
  3. Conduct internal and external audits.
  4. Monitor microbiological and chemical testing.
  5. Handle customer quality complaints.
  6. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and hygiene norms.
  7. Supervise lab and QC staff.
  8. Maintain documentation and reports.
  9. Coordinate with production teams for quality improvement.
  10. Ensure brand compliance and product consistency.
