Job Description

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute quality strategies, policies, and procedures to meet company and customer requirements.
  • Operations & Quality Assurance: Oversee inspections, testing of raw materials and finished products, and manage nonconformities to reduce waste.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to legal standards, regulations, and industry-specific certifications (e.g., ISO, FDA).
  • Leadership & Management: Guide, train, and supervise technicians and QA staff, while managing the departmental budget.
  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate lean manufacturing or Six Sigma practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with production, sales, and suppliers, and analyze data to improve product quality.
