Job Description

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Source and procure raw materials (RM) and bought-out parts (BOP)
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable supplier base
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors for long-term collaboration

Costing & Negotiation

  • Analyze supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and trends
  • Monitor raw material price trends and recommend strategic purchases

Process Management

  • Execute end-to-end purchase process (RFQ, PO creation, follow-ups, delivery tracking)
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and supplier data
  • Prepare reports on procurement status, cost savings, and vendor performance
