Job Description

  • Procure raw materials, consumables, and other required items.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
  • Maintain purchase records in Tally and MS Excel.
  • Verify invoices and purchase documents.
  • Coordinate with production and stores to ensure material availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requests as required.
