Job Description

  • Production Planning & Execution: Setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
  • Line Set-up & Control: Setting up the sewing line, organizing raw materials, and monitoring hourly production to avoid bottlenecks.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring garments match approved samples and specs, monitoring stitching quality, and minimizing re-work.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Managing operators, assigning tasks based on skill, training staff, and maintaining safety protocols.
  • Reporting: Updating management on production status and reporting on efficiency.
