Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and monitor the daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize sheet metal manufacturing processes (cutting, bending, welding, assembly, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design and quality teams to troubleshoot production issues and improve product quality.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations within the production facility.
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of raw materials.
  • Prepare production reports and documentation for management review.
