Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities
  • Ensure production targets are achieved with optimal resource utilization
  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI)
  • Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards
  • Handle production documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation practices on the production floor
  • Train and supervise production workers
