Job Description

  • Operate milk processing machinery including pasteurizers, separators, homogenizers, and storage tanks
  • Receive, test, and handle raw milk as per quality standards
  • Monitor temperature, pressure, and timing during processing operations
  • Ensure proper pasteurization and safe handling of dairy products
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and processing area (CIP/SIP procedures)
  • Follow food safety standards (HACCP/GMP) and company SOPs
  • Record production data and maintain daily shift logs
  • Report equipment faults or production issues to supervisors
  • Assist in loading/unloading and storage of milk and finished products when required
