  1. Operate and monitor food processing machinery as per SOPs
  2. Ensure smooth production flow and minimize downtime
  3. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP)
  4. Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
  5. Record production data and report deviations
  6. Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns
  7. Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods
  8. Follow safety guidelines and maintain workplace discipline
