Job Description

  • Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and train maintenance staff, including technicians and engineers, to ensure high-quality, efficient, and safe maintenance operations.
  • Documentation Control (Key Requirement): Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for all machinery and equipment, including maintenance history, repair logs, work orders, and technical manuals.
  • Compliance & Audit Preparation: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local, state, federal, and company regulations (e.g., ISO standards, OSHA, EPA). Maintain organized records to ensure 100% audit-ready documentation.
  • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM): Develop, implement, and track preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Budget & Inventory Management: Manage the maintenance budget, control costs, and oversee the inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
  • CMMS Administration: Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or SAP for tracking work orders, managing inventory, and generating performance reports.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct RCA on major equipment failures to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
  • Operational Collaboration: Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to production schedules.
