Overall responsibility for plant operations and production
Achieve production targets while ensuring quality and safety standards
Manage and lead cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Stores)
Monitor plant performance metrics (KPI, OEE, downtime, yield, etc.)
Implement lean manufacturing, cost reduction, and process improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and ISO / industry standards
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and procurement planning
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and skill development
Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning and reporting
