Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and assign tasks to PDI technicians, ensuring efficient work allocation.
  • Inspection & Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections of mechanical, electrical, and aesthetic aspects, including cleaning and detailing checks.
  • Defect Management: Identify issues, coordinate repairs with the service team, and re-inspect vehicles to ensure they are defect-free.
  • Process Compliance: Adhere strictly to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines, checklists, and safety standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all completed PDIs and report quality trends to management.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between the stockyard, sales team, and service department to ensure a smooth delivery process.
