Carry out final inspection (PDI) of finished components before dispatch
Verify parts as per customer drawings, control plans, and inspection standards
Check visual quality, dimensions, weld quality, surface finish, and fitment
Ensure OK / NG identification, tagging, and segregation of parts
Confirm packing standards, labeling, and traceability before dispatch
Maintain PDI check sheets, inspection records, and rejection data
Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Dispatch teams
Prevent customer complaints and dispatch of defective parts
Follow 5S, safety, and quality discipline at PDI area
Support customer audits and line rejections, if any
