Job Description

  • Production Operations: Operate machinery for processing, heating, and coagulation (e.g., milk heating, adding coagulants, separating whey).
  • Processing & Packaging: Manage the pressing, cutting, and packaging of paneer while maintaining quality, texture, and moisture standards.
  • Machinery Maintenance: Set up, operate, and clean machinery (e.g., boilers, pasteurizers, vats) to ensure efficient production.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all produced paneer meets safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, often including FSSAI compliance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process parameters, including time, temperature, and volume.
