Overall responsibility for end-to-end plant operations
Manage Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Logistics
Ensure achievement of production targets, delivery schedules, and cost goals
Drive productivity improvement, OEE, and cost reduction initiatives
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO, safety, and OEM standards
Handle customer requirements, audits, and escalations (Maruti, Honda, etc.)
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM practices
Monitor and control rejection, rework, scrap, and downtime
Lead cross-functional teams and develop second-line leadership
Review and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS to management
Support new product development, trials, and PPAP activities
Ensure plant discipline, safety culture, and statutory compliance
