    • Concept to Launch: Managing the end-to-end development process, including brainstorming, feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing.
    • Market Strategy: Researching competitors and consumer trends to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
    • Cross-Functional Leadership:
       Collaborating with manufacturing, sales, procurement, and technical teams to align, design, and launch products

  • Project Management: Developing timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time, cost-efficient, and quality delivery.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Creating product specifications, ensuring legal/safety compliance, and maintaining documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Optimizing manufacturing procedures and enhancing product quality.
