Job Description

  1. Develop new sheet metal components as per customer requirements
  2. Analyze drawings and conduct feasibility studies
  3. Coordinate with tool room for die development
  4. Conduct trials and ensure sample approval (PPAP)
  5. Work closely with production for smooth handover
  6. Monitor project timelines and deliverables
  7. Implement cost reduction and process improvement
  8. Maintain documentation and customer communication
