Job Description

  • Procure B-Class milk from suppliers and markets as per daily plant requirements.
  • Ensure continuous and timely milk supply to the processing plant.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor milk lifting and transportation activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with milk suppliers, aggregators, and transporters.
  • Achieve procurement targets related to quantity, quality, and cost.
  • Monitor milk quality standards and supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with transporters and internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and milk documentation.
  • Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand the procurement network.
  • Track daily milk arrivals and ensure operational efficiency.
