Job Description

  1. Operate pasteurizer, homogenizer, separators
  2. Maintain correct temperature and pressure
  3. Handle raw milk unloading and filtration
  4. Follow SOPs during processing
  5. Perform CIP cleaning of machines
  6. Maintain production logs
  7. Monitor product quality during processing
  8. Report machine faults
  9. Ensure hygiene standards
  10. Minimize product wastage
  11. Assist maintenance team during breakdowns
  12. Follow shift instructions
