Job Description

  • Operate and monitor milk processing equipment and machinery.
  • Handle milk pasteurization, chilling, standardization, and packaging processes.
  • Ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained during production.
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
  • Maintain production records and process documentation.
  • Follow food safety, GMP, and company SOP guidelines.
  • Coordinate with quality and production teams for smooth operations.
  • Identify and report process issues or machine breakdowns immediately.
