Job Description

  • Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
  • Conduct tests like:
    • Total microbial count
    • Yeast & mold testing
    • Pathogen detection (as per SOP)
  • Maintain sterile lab conditions and follow aseptic techniques
  • Prepare culture media, reagents, and solutions
  • Record and document test results accurately in lab registers/software
  • Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and SOPs
  • Assist in calibration and maintenance of lab equipment (autoclave, incubator, laminar airflow, etc.)
  • Support internal audits and compliance checks
