Lead and manage QA activities for MCC systems and operations.
Ensure all MCC processes meet internal quality standards and regulatory compliance (ISO, IEC).
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of MCC equipment and operations.
Maintain accurate QA documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to implement quality improvements.
Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and implement preventive measures.
Supervise and train QA team members on quality standards, safety protocols, and inspection procedures.
Report quality metrics and performance results to senior management.
